  • Your video, audio, or text messages are automatically transcribed using AssemblyAI

  • AI tools (powered by Relevance AI) create summaries of your messages

  • Transcripts and summaries are stored in Google Docs for coaching reference

  • Automated notifications are sent to ensure timely responses
