Grief Coaching for the Person Experiencing Loss

For product leaders and team members experiencing normal grief who need to maintain their effectiveness while accelerating their recovery.

Normal grief recovery takes 12-18 months. With professional grief counseling, that timeline shortens to 6-9 months while you maintain leadership effectiveness throughout.

This specialized support addresses the specific challenge of leading (or performing) effectively during recovery:
